Missouri-based industrial gases and equipment distributor CK Supply has acquired Columbia Welding and Machine, a welding supplies and compressed gas specialist in Columbia in the same state.
Columbia Welding and Machine’s headquarters will be CK Supply’s seventh retail store and serve as a hub for selling industrial gases and welding equipment.
CK Supply will expand Columbia Welding and Machine’s offering to include forklift and heating propane, welding rental and repair, dry ice, welding automation, training, and specialty gases.
Brad Dunn, CEO of CK Supply, said he is excited about the opportunity.
Jay Curry, Co-owner of Columbia Welding and Machine, said, “When looking for a buyer, I wanted a company that would take care of customers in the same manner that has made us successful for all these years, and CK Supply and their team fit the bill.”
