Chart Industries has completed the acquisition of Sustainable Energy Solutions (SES).
The company initially announced its plans to acquire Utah-based company back in mid-December, and then completed the acquisition later on the 23rd Dec (2020).

SES prides itself in its Cryogenic Carbon Capture™ (CCC) technology which eliminates most emissions from fossil fuels while enabling better use of intermittent renewables through grid-scale energy storage.
