Chart Ferox has opened a Shell liquefied natural gas (LNG) truck refuelling station in The Netherlands.
Since Chart engineers completed commissioning at the beginning of the month, the site in Waddinxveen, close to Rotterdam, has averaged 10 vehicles per day dispensing approximately 1500kg of LNG.
Opened in April, Chart said the Waddinxveen station operates 24/7, incorporates fuelling of conventional fuels and LNG in the same area and is open both to the general public and Shell’s fleet customers.
