Chart Industries is expanding its service footprint in the Nordic region, have completed the acquisition of Sweden-based CSC Cryogenic Service Center AB.
Valued at approximately $4m, the acquisition will see Chart broaden its repair and service capabilities for mobile equipment, including trailers, ISO containers, stationary and transportable tanks, pumps, flowmeters, and LNG fuelling station.
Jill Evanko, CEO and President of Chart Industries, said, “The CSC acquisition opens a broader geographic market to our repair, service and leasing segment and broadens our capabilities for repair and service to our existing customers.”
