gasworld has changed the date of its South East Asia Industrial Gas Conference 2016 to maximise the opportunity for delegates and sponsors alike, by avoiding trade show clashes within the industry.
The conference will now take place at the later date of 6th – 8th December 2016, at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.
gasworld last visited the Asia-Pacific region in November 2014, when around 250 industrial gas professionals gathered at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore to discuss and debate the opportunities for growth.
The 2014 conference reflected on what seems to be an ever-growing playground of opportunity in the Asia-Pacific region for industrial gas companies across the globe looking to invest in a dynamic, yet emerging market. Delegates heard that, despite falling oil prices, gas market revenues in South East Asia had generally grown across the region and that even with slower growth rates in China, Asia is redefining its global role – becoming the top coal exporter, the biggest LNG supplier and the largest steel producer.
