Minnesota-based welding and industrial gas distributor Central McGowan has acquired Iowa City Carbonation Company (IC CarbCo).
Described as a strategic move, the acquisition will strengthen the company’s presence in Iowa and will help Central McGowan to better serve our beverage carbonation customers.
Bob Crew, President of CO2 Solutions at Central McGowan, said the acquisition aligns seamlessly with the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint in Iowa.
He added, “IC CarbCo’s exclusive focus on the CO2 cylinder business and its strong customer relationships make it a valuable addition to the Central McGowan team.”
