Cavagna Group Italy has joined forces with Kohda Valve Japan (Kohda) on a new joint venture that will focus on specialty and high purity gases flow control products.
According to the partners, the products will be marketed and branded as Cavagna Kohda although further details are yet to be released.
Commenting on the partnership, Makoto Kohda, President of Kohda Valve and Ezio Cavagna, President of Cavagna Group, said, “It will strengthen the market positioning of Kohda Valve and Cavagna Group in the high purity gases international markets, namely, in North America, in Europe and some selected markets in the Far East.”
Cavagna’s range of valves for industrial gases includes standard cylinder valves, mignon valves and Y-type valves.
