Richard Hill, President and CEO of Catalina Cylinders, is set to retire next year after over 31 years with the company.
Instrumental in Catalina’s growth, Hill has supported the company in growing from 12 to more than 200 employees within many different roles, ranging from Plant Manager, Vice-President and General Manager.
Upon Hill’s retirement in quarter one (Q1) 2022, David Silva, current Vice-President of Strategy and Operations at Catalina Cylinders, will serve as President and CEO.
Commenting on the news, Hill said, “Working for Catalina has been the experience of a lifetime. The Keeler family and the entire Catalina team has made my career very rewarding.”
