Energy infrastructure development company Carlton Power has joined forces with Scotland’s Superglass for the supply of green hydrogen for its manufacturing facility at Stirling, Scotland.
The project will support the development of its proposed Stirling Green Hydrogen scheme in addition to reducing Superglass’ reliance on natural gas.
Carlton Power’s first scheme in Scotland, Stirling Green Hydrogen will be eligible to receive financial support through the UK government’s multi-million-pound Hydrogen Business Model/Net Zero Hydrogen Fund.
Three of the company’s phase 1 projects (three in total) were announced to have been shortlisted for financial support on March 30th, 2023.
