Oxygen therapy and cardiorespiratory diagnostic equipment manufacturer CAIRE has opened a new global service headquarters in Canton, Georgia to advance long-term plans to enhance service and support for medical equipment providers.
The 29,500 sq ft facility will have 20 employees that will focus on the rapid servicing of equipment, as well as the development of specialty service parts and accessories for CAIRE respiratory and AirSep branded products.
Barry Hassett, Chief Commercial Officer, said that by separating the company’s after-market support from its manufacturing facility, CAIRE can improve both its quality and efficiency.
He continued, “As we navigated the challenges of the pandemic, we discovered there was an opportunity to improve the efficiency of our service and support infrastructure.”
