Oxygen equipment manufacturer CAIRE has expanded its authorised service centre network with the addition of Quality Biomedical, a nationwide provider of fleet management services and a specialist in respiratory equipment maintenance and repair.
Under terms of a new agreement, the Colorado-based company will support CAIRE customers with in- and out-of-warranty repairs to support home medical equipment providers and other healthcare institutions.
In addition to stationary and portable oxygen concentrators, Quality Biomedical repairs continuous positive airway pressure and bilevel positive airway pressure devices, ventilators, and more.
Lanier Gogan, Global Technical Service Manager at CAIRE, notes that Quality Biomedical’s national footprint will have a meaningful impact on how customers experience service and access updates throughout the repair process.
