C-Capture, a designer of chemical processes for carbon dioxide (CO2) removal, has partnered with SINTEF in Norway to push start a new phase of its research and development (R&D) programme.
C-Capture has been working with Drax Group on a bioenergy and carbon capture and storage (BECCS) project at Drax Power Station.
The UK firm will now conduct research at the Tiller facility, located in Norway and operated by SINTEF’s institute ‘SINTEF Industry’, to validate its technology and compare it to alternative carbon capture technologies.
