Gas measurement technology specialist Bronkhorst has extended its range of IQ+FLOW miniature mass flow and pressure meters and controllers with new media-isolated sensors.
Widely used by equipment manufacturers in the analytical, biotechnology and the life science market due to its small 20 x 40mm footprint (single channel instruments) the IQ+FLOW range is designed for those looking for optimal space efficiency, according to Bronkhorst.
With its newest addition to the product line, the company has integrated media-isolated pressure sensors into its pressure instruments.
“The sensor chip is protected by a stainless steel diaphargm and oil-filled compartment,” said Bronkhorst in a statement. “With this new option, the instruments can handle a much wider variety of media than before, including thin gases such as hydrogen and helium.”
