Boiswood believes its’ remote sensors can lower costs with the new wet-to-wet differential pressure transducer – by reducing installation and materials costs as well as shortening set-up times.
The sensors are installed directly into the pipe, with their electrical connections to the main housing being made via cables or conduit, which significantly reduces labour costs.
Measurement start-up time is also cut, as purging air from the lines is no longer necessary.
Materials costs are also reduced, since the copper piping that connects traditional pressure transducers is eliminated.
