BOC is supporting the Nectar Business Small Business Awards 2014, with the company’s own Nathan Palmer, Director of Bulk and Packaged Gases, also a member of this year’s judging panel.
Now in its sixth year, the awards are seen as a great way for companies and individuals to boost their business and to have their achievements recognised.
This year’s awards comprise the following categories:
- Small Business of the Year
- Innovation of the Year
- Entrepreneur of the Year
- Tradesperson of the Year
- Home Grown Business of the Year
- Contribution to the Community.
Palmer commented, “I feel honoured to have been invited to join the judging panel for these prestigious awards. The past winners are very impressive and I look forward to the opportunity to review the entries and gain insight into the diverse mix of small businesses in the UK and the many facets that make them successful. I’m sure that there are things that we at BOC can learn from them.”
