The BOC Group Limited (BOC), a member of The Linde Group, has completed the sale of its entire shareholding of approximately 60% in Linde Pakistan Limited to Adira Capital Holdings (Private) Limited and affiliates.
As a result of the transaction, Linde Pakistan is no longer part of The Linde Group.
A press release said the sale comes from the company’s continuous review of its portfolio to retain profitability and competitiveness.
Linde Pakistan, earlier known as BOC Pakistan Limited, has been a leading player in the industrial gases industryin the South Asian country for more than 70 years. It manufactures and distributes industrial, medical and specialty gases as well as welding products and provides services including onsite plant installations, pipelines and associated engineering services.
