Two UK-based businesses, BOC and ITM Power, have teamed up to provide infrastructure for ITM Power’s new electrolyser-based hydrogen (H2) refuelling stations for passenger cars.
BOC, the UK’s largest supplier of industrial gases, has signed an agreement with the clean fuel company to build a network of H2 fuelling stations throughout the country, in what Dr Graham Cooley, CEO of ITM Power, described as a “world class offering.”
The member of The Linde Group will source and install the appropriate Linde technology, including H2 compressors and dispensers, at ITM Power’s new H2 refuelling station locations based on the latter’s electrolyser technology.
