The two-day World Biogas Expo and Summit gets underway at Birmingham NEC today to explore how best to deliver biogas (#MakingBiogasHappen) on a global scale and provide valuable networking opportunities.
This year’s Summit welcomes Jo Tyndall, Director, Environment Directorate, OECD as the keynote speaker alongside 35 high profile speakers from leading organisations such as Nature Energy (acquired by Shell), TotalEnergies, PepsiCo, United Nations, CCAC, and Global Methane Initiative among others.
Charlotte Morton OBE, WBA Chief Executive, said the fifth World Biogas Summit and Expo represent an ‘exceptional opportunity’ for people to come together and identify opportunities and challenges in delivering for the industry and globally.
She said, “There is a huge amount to learn about the latest trends and technologies, what other companies are doing, what is happening in other countries, and this is a platform for a great exchange of ideas as well.”
