The British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA) has picked up three awards at the Trade Association Forum Best Practice Awards.
Taking note of the BCGA’s work on diversity, digital innovation, and a public health campaign against sales of nitrous oxide, the judges awarded the association with the Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Governance accolades.
Having worked to increase the influence of the association, as well as drive member engagement and deal with Covid-19 and Brexit-related challenges, Ellen Daniels, CEO of the BCGA was also named Rising Star in the trade body sector industry.
Commenting on the award, Emily Wallace, Interim Chief Executive, Trade Association Forum and Chair of Judges, said, “Ellen truly is a rising star of the sector, the judges praised the way that she had embarked on a modernisation programme and delivered significant change with such a small team.”
