Following Linde’s annual supplier performance review, BASF is announced as 2009 Linde Global Supplier Performance Award winner.
The review is conducted on an annual basis and incorporates all its major electronic providers. Peter Owen, President of Electronics at Linde Gases Division, stated, “Suppliers play a critical role in our success. With enduring commitment, continuous quality improvement and cost efficiency in supporting our electronics business, such partnerships enable us to grow together and continue to lead in the global electronics market.”
Andrew Lau, Head of Supply management for Linde’s electronic gases business, stated, “Despite the challenges of the recent downturn, we have continued to receive excellent support from our supplies. We would like to take this opportunity to recognize their efforts and show our appreciation.”
