Atlas Copco has entered into an agreement to acquire US vacuum service provider Trillium US Inc.
Trillium US is based in Clackamas, Oregon, with additional sites in Hamburg, New Jersey and Austin, Texas. In 2022 the company had revenues of around $27m.
Geert Follens, Business Area President for Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique division, said the acquisition will enhance and support the company’s capabilities for semiconductor and general vacuum customers in the US.
“It will expand our service offering to semiconductor dry pump customers, as well as increase our general vacuum service footprint,” Follens added.
