Atlas Copco has signed a deal to acquire specialty dewatering service provider National Pump & Energy.
Based in Queensland, National Pump & Energy providers dewatering, environmental services and water treatment solutions to Australia and New Zealand.
The company has 420 employees and had revenues of around A$205m in 2022.
Andrew Walker, President of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area, said the acquisition will strengthen Atlas Copco’s presence in dewatering and water treatment.
