Atlas Copco has signed a deal to acquire Italy-based Easy Filtration, a distributor of process filters and associated services.
Founded in 2013, Easy Filtration has nine employees and provides filter cartridges for air, gas, and process liquids, filter housing, and clean-in-place systems.
The company’s main customer groups are within the industrial coatings, chemical, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Philippe Ernens, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, said, “This acquisition will expand our possibilities to cater for our customers’ needs in Italy, both with regards to filters and associated service in a qualitative way.”
The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2024. Once acquired, Easy Filtration will become part of the Compress Technique business area.
Just two days ago (10th July), Atlas Copco a deal to acquire Anhui NOY Technologies, a China-based manufacturer of vacuum helium leak detectors.

Anhui NOY Technologies will be part of Atlas Copco’s Scientific Vacuum division within the Vacuum Technique business area.
That acquisition is also expected to close in the second half of 2024.
