Atlas Copco has won an order for turbocompressors to be installed at an onshore LNG facility in Northern Territory, Australia.
The project, operated by INPEX Corporation with partner Total S.A., will produce liquefied natural gas (LNG) using natural gas from the Ichthys Field.
The order, worth approximately $17m, was issued by the JKC Australia LNG in the second quarter and consists of turboexpanders and air compressors. The machines are scheduled for delivery in Q3, 2013.
