Atlas Copco has acquired Tecturbo, a Brazilian service company and manufacturer of parts for centrifugal compressors.
Announced today (3rd May), the acquisition will see Tecturbo become part of Altas Copco’s Compressor Technique service division.
Tecturbo was founded in 1992 and is located in Campinas, Sao Paulo State. The company has 51 employees and had revenues of around $5.9m in 2023.
Commenting on the purchase, Phillippe Ernens, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, said, “Tecturbo has a strong reputation as a quality service provider, and this acquisition will allow us to further strengthen our offering and increase our presence in South America.”
