Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of Trillium US and Argentina-based Asven SRL.
The global industrial group announced its plans to acquire Trillium US in March this year to enhance its capabilities for semiconductor and general vacuum customers in the US.

Trillium US is based in Clackamas, Oregon, with additional sites in Hamburg, New Jersey and Austin, Texas. In 2022 the company had revenues of around $27m.
