Atlas Copco completes three acquisitions in New Zealand, South Africa, and China

Atlas Copco has today (3rd September) announced the acquisition of three companies, which will now be joining the group.

Two of the purchased companies, New Zealand-based Generator Rental Services and South Africa-based Integrated Pump Rental, will become part of Atlas Copco’s specialty rental division within its Power Technique business. Area.

The third company, China-based Anhui NOY Technologies, will become part of the scientific vacuum division within the Vacuum Technique business area.

Generator Rental Services has been headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, since 1997 and provides specialty power and temperature control equipment.

The company has 58 employees and, in 2023, had revenues of €23m ($25.4m).

Integrated Pump Rental is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The business is slightly smaller but expands Atlas Copco’s dewatering solutions offering in the region.

The company has 18 employees and had revenues of €5m ($5.5m) in 2023.

Lastly, China’s Anhui NOY Technologies is a manufacturer of helium leak detectors for the domestic market. The company has 78 employees and had revenues of ¥121m ($17m).

Atlas Copco has not disclosed the purchase price of any of the acquired companies.
