Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of industrial cooling equipment manufacturer and distributor Eurochiller.
The Italian company will become part of Atlas Copco’s Oil-free Air division within the Compressor Technique business area.
Atlas Copco announced its intention to acquire Eurochiller back in May. The purchase price was not disclosed.
