Atlas Copco has today (2nd April) confirmed its purchase of Korean semiconductor valve manufacturer Presys.
A privately owned company based in Suwon, Republic of Korea, Presys has 134 employees and had revenues of approximately $20m in 2022.
Now part of Atlas Copco, Presys has become part of the semiconductor chamber solutions division within the vacuum technique business area.
Atlas Copco first announced its intent to acquire Presys in October 2023.
