Atlas Copco has acquired Walker Filtration Ltd, UK-based manufacturer of equipment for the treatment of compressed air, gas and vacuum.
Family-owned Walker Filtration is headquarted in Washington, near Newcastle, in the northeast of England. The company manufacturers high-efficiency equipment for the treatment of compressed air, gas and vacuum. It also has offices in Europe, USA, Australia and Japan.
The corporation, which will continue to operate under the Walker Filtration name and brand, will be part of the Medical Gas division in Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
