Atlas Copco has acquired Mid South Engine & Power Systems, LLC., a provider of service for off-road engines and spare parts in the US Gulf Coast.
Mid South is based in White Oak, Texas and has 28 employees. The company has a second facility in Fort Worth, Texas and mainly serves the oil and gas market in the US Gulf Coast.
“Mid South has a strong reputation and capabilities to repair and refurbish portable compressors and engines,” said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique.
“The acquisition is in line with our strategy to strengthen our service offering and acquiring core competencies,” Walker continued.
