Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of cryopump service and distribution business of South Korea-based ZEUS.
The business unit that Atlas Copco is acquiring is in Gyeonggi-do, south of Seoul, and has 59 employees. In 2021, the business has revenues of approximately $11.6m.

ZEUS’ CTI and polycold products are cryogenic vacuum pumps and refrigerant systems used in semiconductor manufacturing and general vacuum applications.
