Atlas Copco has acquired UK-based Kingsdown Compressed Air Systems.
The company today (23rd July) confirmed its purchase of the compressed air and other equipment distributor to enhance is geological presence and better serve customers.
Kingsdown Compressed Air Systems will immediately become part of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
Philippe Ernens, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, said, “Kingsdown is will renowned with strong sales and service and has an impressive market presence in its region.”
