Atlas Copco has acquired Hamamcıoğlu Makina, a Turkey-based company focused on the sales and service of air compressor solutions.
In an announcement made today (14th Nov), Atlas Copco confirmed that Hamamcıoğlu Makina has become part of the service division within the compressor technique business area.
Hamamcıoğlu Makina is headquartered in Istanbul and has 23 employees. The company has customers in the textile, iron, steel, automotive, chemicals, and food and beverage industries.
Vagner Rego, President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area, said the acquisition will increase Atlas Copco’s local presence and service capabilities in Turkey.
