Atlas Copco acquires engineering firm Mont-Tech

Czech engineering company Mont-Tech has been acquired by Atlas Copco Group.

Mont-Tech is headquartered in Brno, Czech Republic and offers customised engineering solutions for assembly automation. The company has 27 employees and reported revenues of €3.5m ($3.8m) in 2023.

Confirmed today (4th July), the acquisition will see Mont-Tech become part of Atlas Copco’s motor vehicle industry tools and assembly systems division within the Industrial Technique business area.

Henrik Elmin, President of Atlas Copco’s Industrial Technique business area, “With this acquisition we will further strengthen our competence and know-how of assembly automation and better serve our customers in this area and geographic region.”
