Atlas Copco has acquired DGM SRL (DGM), an Italian distributor of compressed air equipment and related services.
Located in the city of Vicenza, DGM is a privately owned company with 21 employees.
“DGM has built up a loyal customer base in their targeted market,” said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
“Through this acquisition we will get the opportunity to increase our service and sales presence in the important industrial region of Veneto.”
