Atlas Copco has acquired the operating assets of medical gas systems provider FS Medical Technology Business (FS Medical).
Headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California, FS Medical services, sells, verifies and tests piped medical and laboratory gas equipment and systems.
The company has 32 employees and in 2022 had a turnover of $7m.
Vagner Rego, Business Area President of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business, said the purchase will complement Atlas Copco’s existing service footprint across the West Coast.
