Atawey, designer and manufacturer of hydrogen (H2) solutions, announced a new partnership with energy and services group ENGIE Cofely, at the Hannover Messe trade fair back in April.
The French partners have collaborated with the intention of creating a H2 distribution network to link territories and provide locally-produced energy for H2 and electric-powered vehicles.
The infrastructure will make it possible to meet the green mobility needs of communities and businesses, and will help kick-start a restructuring process for a circular economy.
The partners’ first joint project, EFFIH2, planned for June 2017, will be the first concrete result of the French government’s new financing instrument for H2 energy initiatives, Territoires Hydrogène.
