ASCO has teamed up with qualified service partner, Kryo Africa, to carry out repair and maintenance work at a new service centre in Africa. Thanks to the expanded service network, flexible and fast customer support can now be ensured on site.
The service centre’s main tasks include training, consulting and service as well as maintenance and revision of existing and newly installed CO2 systems. In addition, Kryo carries out safety checks for ASCO.
ASCO Managing Director, Marco Pellegrino, calls the collaboration a strategic milestone, “Customer proximity is a key factor for long-term success in an industry. A local service offers considerable added value because it allows you to react promptly. So we are convinced that this future-oriented step will help us to improve operational safety and optimise maintenance costs for our customers in the English-speaking African countries. Not least, from an economic perspective the African continent is a promising future market.”
