0

Saudi Arabian oil and gas giant Aramco has signed a 20-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales and purchase agreement with NextDecade Corporation.

Under terms of a Heads of Agreement (HoA), NextDecade will supply Aramco with 1.2 million tonnes per annum of LNG for 20 years on a free on-board basis.

The LNG will be supplied from Train 4 of the Rio Grande LNG facility at the Port of Brownsville, Texas. NextDecade is targeting a positive final investment decision to start construction of the fourth train in the second half of 2024.
