American Welding & Gas (AWG) has acquired Buffalo-based propane business Tricounty Gas.
The acquisition gives AWG its first standalone propane location in the state of Wyoming.
Tricounty Gas has until now been owned and operated by Tom Weber.
On the transaction, Weber said, “There comes a time when it is a smart decision to ask for help. That time has come for me, and that is why I am pleased to be handing the baton over to AWG to take Tricounty to the next level of excellence.”
