Shares of Airgas Inc have fallen after the company lowered earnings guidance for its third quarter.
Stock fell $1.44, or 3.8 percent, to $36.73.
According to the Associated Press, Airgas has said it expects to post quarterly earnings of 74 cents to 76 cents per share, down from a previous estimate of 82 cents to 84 cents per share.
The company plans to report results before the end of January.
