Premier health alliance has awarded Airgas, Inc. the lucrative 2010 Premier Supplier Award.
The accolade is deliverd in recognition of quality management of Premier agreements and a combined effort to ensure clinical and financial value to the not-for-profit hospitals within the alliance.
Senior Vice President, Kelly Justice, commented, “We are very honoured to be recognised by Premier for this prestigious award. Premier, a healthcare performance imrpovement alliance, is based in Charlotte, NC. The group acts as a healthcare purchasing network which serves over 2,300 U.S. hospitals and 66,000 other healthcare sites. Airgas is among Premier’s 800 suppliers and won the 2010 award alongside 65 other recognised suppliers.
The award was received during the 2010 Premier Annual Breathroughs Conference and Exhibition, held in Washington, D.C. Airgas supplies Premier members via the company’s Strategic Accounts program, which was designed to ensure sole-source supply and supply chain managment services for customers with various national locations.
