Airgas, Inc, announced its commitment to review Air Products’ recent bid review.
In an official press statement, Airgas described its intentions to adhere to company ‘fiduciary’ and legal duties by considering the offer.
Nevertheless, Airgas has advised stockholders to take no action at this juncture, pending the review of the revised offer by the Airgas Board of Directors.
