Following its acquisition earlier this year, Hudson Technologies, Inc. has rebranded Airgas Refrigerants, Inc. as ASPEN Refrigerants.
In a deal worth approximately $220m, Hudson Technologies announced the closing of the acquisition from Airgas, an Air Liquide company, back in October.
Hudson Technologies Chairman and CEO Kevin J. Zugibe said the deal will be a transformative acquisition for the company, enhancing their business by providing a complementary product portfolio, expanding their geographic footprint and customer base and significantly expanding their sales and distribution capabilities.
