Airgas, Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors has elected Ellen C. Wolf, senior vice president and chief financial officer of American Water, to fill the vacancy created by the unfortunate passing of William O. Albertini in June 2008.
Wolf has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee, replacing W. Thacher Brown, who had been appointed to the Audit Committee in the wake of Albertini’s passing.
Wolf’s term begins immediately and will expire at the 2009 Annual Meeting.
