Airgas, Inc’s Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share.
The dividend is payable on 30th March 2012 to shareholders of record as of 15th March 2012.
Airgas is a distributor of industrial, medical and specialty gases, and hardgood, such as welding equipment and supplies. The North American industrial gas company employees around 14,000 members of staff across approximately 1,100 locations.
