Air Water America Inc., a subsidiary of Air Water Inc., has made a strategic move by announcing the acquisition of American Gas Products Inc. (AGP), a leading supplier of helium and industrial gases based in Massachusetts and with operations across the US.
Formed in 2002, AGP has steadily expanded its national network, carving a strong presence in both retail and wholesale helium markets.
The company boasts a local full-service industrial and specialty gas supply facility, alongside a retail store, and has also established a robust helium infrastructure – including well sources and filling stations at seven locations across the country, with a sales network spanning 28 states.
Michael D’Auria, the former CEO and owner of AGP, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We are excited to become part of Air Water America, Inc. and continue our history of excellence and value in the industrial gas business. Our customers can be certain they will continue to receive the same level of quality and service they have come to expect from AGP, while also benefiting from Air Water’s resources and expertise.”
