Air Products has been rated one of China’s Top 100 Most Attractive Employers by Gen Z natural sciences students for the ninth consecutive year.
Over 60,000 students from various fields from over 100 universities participated in the 2021 China Student Survey, organised by global talent company Universum, which creates the ranking.
Results from the survey unveil students’ evolving career aspirations, job preferences and ideal employers to start their careers.
Lucy Lv, Asia Director of Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition and Strategic Partnerships at Air Products, said, “We feel very honoured to be selected again by the young talent in China as an employer of choice.”
