Air Products has extended Seifi Ghasemi’s term as Chairman, President, and CEO until 30th September 2028.
From 30th September 2024 and each year thereafter, the contract term will automatically renew to be a five-year term unless either party terminates the agreement.
The industrial gas giant’s Board of Directors today (18th May) announced its decision.
Ghasemi said it has been an honour and privilege to work alongside the Air Products team, increasing market capitalisation of the company from around $20bn to more than $60bn.
